Total kilometres: from/to Saarbrücken approx. 1,200 km. The kilometre data are "approximately kilometres according to our route planning", a deviation is not excluded.
Daily stages on site: approx. 280 - 340 km. We recommend that you spend the night in between on the outward journey and possibly also on the return journey.
Road condition: Well developed roads, in the Vosges the roads are sometimes very narrow and winding. The asphalt is very coarse and "eats" the tread. Little traffic on our routes and secondary routes.
Driving skills: The motorcycle should be safely controlled on winding tracks. This tour is not suitable for beginners or returning riders.
Climate: Central European temperatures, sometimes cool at high altitudes.
Special features: Our starting point for this journey is in the Saarbrücken area. Who lives in the closer environment, comes directly there in the morning. For those who live further away we recommend an overnight stay in advance. We are happy to reserve a room for you in our advance hotel near Saarbrücken (see travel prices). We ride as small country roads and secondary roads as possible during the tours. Our base hotel is located in France directly in front of the gates of "Riquewihr" on the Wine Route in Alsace. It is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful old town centre with its half-timbered houses and small wine bars and invites you to stroll after dinner. Free parking for the motorcycles in the hotel car park. This tour is especially recommended for connoisseurs and connoisseurs of Alsatian cuisine.
Entry regulations and medical information: The entry and vaccination regulations for the country of destination and transit corresponding to the citizenship of the individual travellers apply. The regulations applicable to German citizens can be found on the website of the Federal Foreign Office.
Mobility: The offer is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us for more information.

This combination makes the motorcyclist's heart beat faster! Our base hotel is located in Riquewihr, a small wine village on the Alsatian Wine Route near the "Hochkönigsburg". From here we start on our stay days to beautiful curvy tours in the southern Vosges and along the Route des Crêtes. A glass of wine over a cosy dinner with Alsatian specialities will round off the day. On for feasting and tours in the Vosges!

Tour schedule:
