We take you along the typical "Single Track Roads" to the most interesting destinations in Scotland. This region advertises with the slogan "Welcome to our life" and this is exactly what we will let you participate in.

Along historical traces of Scottish history we experience lonely moors, lakes and coastal landscapes, national parks, historical castles with their secrets and of course the soul of Scotland with its countless whisky distilleries. This very special atmosphere, peppered with fantastic motorcycle tracks in the hinterland, is what makes this tour so special and will inspire you!

The dinners together are a mixture of excellent dinners in the hotels and first class restaurants close to the hotel. Let yourself be surprised by a British cuisine where tradition and modernity unite and which has much more to offer than just being greasy and hearty.

Tour schedule:

Day 1 - Individual arrival in Amsterdam

17:30 Ferry crossing Amsterdam-Newcastle

The meeting point for our tour is Amsterdam. Our night ferry crossing with DFDS to Newcastle starts here in the afternoon. The evening together gives us the opportunity to get to know the other participants and our team will make you curious about the upcoming tours. Adventure and curiosity - Scotland awaits you! Look forward to fantastic tours and lots of new impressions.

Day 2 - 9:00 Arrival in Newcastle

Day trip to Edinburgh

After our arrival in England and the completion of the entry formalities we start our first stage of the day on two wheels towards the north. Today we can calmly adjust to the traffic situation in Great Britain with its left-hand traffic. Between the Northumberland National Park and the North Sea we ride today to the southern border of Scotland. Our way leads us predominantly along the coast and the first impressions let us guess what will follow in the next days. Today's destination is Scotland's capital Edinburgh and you can look forward to an evening stroll around the Castle, Grassmarket and Princes Street.

Day 3 - Through the Cairngorm Mountains to Inverness

Our way leads us further north, today we travel about 400 km through the "Scottish heart", the Cairngorm Mountains. We pass the highest mountain of the national park at the "Devil's Elbow" of course not without making several photo stops and slowly gain routine in coping with the "Single Track Roads".

Day 4 - Loch Ness, visit a whisky distillery

Today belongs to Nessie and the "Malt Whisky", on a tour around and on Loch Ness we look out for the sea monster that made headlines in the 30s and is an absolute MUST for every visitor to Scotland. We stop at Urquhart Castle where Nessie was last seen and will go hunting for him with the cameras. We continue along the lake shore and through the Highlands back to our hotel. In the afternoon we take a shuttle bus to a typical whisky distillery. We will learn a lot about Scotch whisky, its speciality and history and certainly taste it!

Day 5 - To the north coast of Scotland

After an extensive breakfast a demanding route leads us today to the north coast of Scotland. Bizarre landscapes and the rough nature make this tour day a special experience. Nordland lovers and beginners will be equally enthusiastic. We cross the extremely sparsely populated Highlands region to our northernmost destination, Bettyhill, directly on the North Atlantic. With a lot of luck we can experience a special spectacle at this coastal section, here near the untouched white sandy beaches and steep coasts, whole groups of whales and dolphins cavort every year.

Day 6 - Kyle of Lochalsh

From now on, we're back on south course. Along the Scottish fjord landscapes we go today to the Isle of Skye. The tour takes us along the North Atlantic to Kyle of Lochalsh. The numerous free-running herds of sheep will continue to demand our full attention and will provide one or two photo motifs at the same time. Here we move very closely on the trail of the Vikings and are one with them, young men who set out to find fame, wealth and adventure.

Day 7 - Isle of Skye, Eilean Donnan Castle

This day belongs to the Isle of Skye, a popular destination for motorcyclists from all over Europe. Before that we stop at Eilean Donan Castle. This castle gained worldwide fame through the film Highlander, which was shot here. We visit the island town of Portree and ride to the northern tip of the island. Standing "here" and "now" arriving to enjoy the breathtaking views is an indescribable feeling.

Day 8 - Fort Willams, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow

Today we start with a 30 minute "mini cruise". Under the motto "We are sailing" we take the ferry to Mallaig. Afterwards we ride towards Fort Willams, where another highlight of this trip is waiting for us. The Glenfinnan Viaduct provided the backdrop for the Hogwarts Express in the Harry Potter films. We pass Loch Lomond National Park until we reach the largest city in Scotland. In the evening we take the time for a summer night exploration tour around the Central Station in Glasgow and a busy nightlife awaits us.

Day 9 - Lake District National Park

Today we slowly say "Goodbye" to Scotland, our course leads us through the interior back to the north of England. We cross the northern part of the impressive Lake District National Park with its idyllic lakes and low mountain ranges.

Day 10 - Day trip to Newcastle

17:00 Ferry crossing to Amsterdam

A last day in England and the last kilometers with left-hand traffic lead us over the Hartside Cross, where we stop at the cult biker meeting place in the Lake District. Along the Hadrian Wall we reach the pier of DFDS Seaways in Newcastle. After the check-in on the ferry in the afternoon it's time to set sail for Holland. Now we have plenty of time to review the experiences of the last days together in a cosy maritime round.

Day 11 - 9:30 Arrival in Amsterdam

Individual departure

Arrived in Amsterdam we have to say goodbye today. 8 exciting riding days lie behind us and thus 2300 riding kilometres with infinite experiences and impressions. No goodbye forever, the next adventure is already waiting for us!
