Florida Motorcycle Tour: Daytona Bike Week

Your Florida motorcycle tour begins with a scheduled flight to Orlando. After arrival, your guide picks you up at the airport and takes you to a centrally located mid-range hotel. Depending on your arrival time, the first tour briefing takes place that evening or the next morning. Overnight in Orlando.

After breakfast you pick up your Harley-Davidson and set off on your guided Florida motorcycle tour through endless citrus groves, past Sebring, to the Gulf Coast. Crossing more than 42 bridges you reach your destination for the day, Key West – the southernmost point in the USA. Along the A1A coastal highway and US 1 you pass the mansion districts of Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Lunch is right by the water in Port Salerno, where with a little luck you'll spot manatees. In the afternoon you reach the Melbourne/Cocoa Beach area, 280 km.

In the morning you ride to Cape Canaveral, with an optional tour of the Kennedy Space Center. In the late afternoon you arrive in Daytona Beach, your hotel for the next three nights near Main Street. You'll visit the world-famous Harley-Davidson store, 140 km.

Along the scenic A1A coastal road you reach St. Augustine on this leg of the tour, the oldest city in the USA at 500 years old. After strolling the old town, you follow the St. John's River through avenues draped in Spanish moss and visit Destination Daytona, 250 km.

This day is yours to explore Daytona Bike Week: the vendor stands, the Cabbage Patch, or the Daytona 500 racetrack are all on offer. Main Street with the Harley-Davidson store is also worth another visit. Overnight in Daytona Beach.

With plenty of Bike Week memories in tow, you leave Daytona Beach in the morning and ride back to Orlando via back roads and interstate, where you drop off your Harley-Davidson at the rental station. The afternoon is free, 110 km.

Depending on your departure time, there may still be time for one of Orlando's many parks. During the day a shuttle transfer takes you to the airport, from where your return flight departs to your chosen point in Europe.
