Day 1
Arrival in Denver
Welcome to the Mile High City.
Day 2
Denver City Tour with Harald
Harald has been living in Denver for over 30 years and a city tour with him is an exclusive transfer of insider knowledge.
5 pm: Pick up of the motorcycles
Day 3
Denver - Cheyenne - Scottsbluff
197 miles / 317 km
We are heading for Nebraska with a stopover in Wyoming. Cheyenne was a great centre of railroad construction in the days of the Union Pacific Railroad. Our destination Scottsbluff known by the National Monument of Nebraska.
Day 4
Scottsbluff - Hot Springs
150 miles / 241 km
Today we ride through the grassland of the Midwest until we reach South Dakota at the foot of the Black Hills.
Day 5
Hot Springs - Deadwood (Black Hills)
167 miles / 270 km
This tour day does not need much explanation. Deadwood and Sturgis are the center of the US biker scene. Deadwood is home to such legendary Western heroes as Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane.
Day 6
Deadwood - Devils Tower - Sheridan
246 miles / 395 km
From Deadwood we ride towards the legendary Devil's Tower, which can be seen from far away. Further through the grassland we tour to Sheridan in Wyoming past the battlefield of Little Big Horn, every western friend knows this place.
Day 7
Sheridan - Cody - Red Lodge
260 miles / 418 km
Today Cody is on the track, Buffalo Bill's home. The museum there is very historical and by no means kitschy. A lot of information about the extinction of the buffalo awaits us there. We will spend the night in Red Lodge Montana.
Day 8
Red Lodge - West Yellowstone
231 miles / 370 km
Yellowstone – probably the most beautiful national park in the USA is our destination for today. In the afternoon our first visit there will take place. An unbelievable nature awaits us.
Day 9
West Yellowstone - Jackson Hole
150 miles / 240 km
Today we ride again through Yellowstone National Park, then past the gigantic rock formations of the Grand Teton Mountains and at the end of the day we reach Jackson Hole.
Day 10
Jackson Hole - Green River
234 miles / 376 km
Slowly we are heading back towards Denver. Today we ride through endless expanses once again.
Day 11
Green River - Steamboat Springs
272 miles / 430 km
Once again we go through the mountains northeast of Denver to Steamboat. In 1913 the US ski circus started there and it is still an important center for winter sports. Don't worry, we will probably stay snow-free...hopefully.
Day 12
Steamboat Springs - Denver
220 miles / 255 km
Wonderful mountain roads bring us back to Denver. Drop off motorcycles
