Norway Motorcycle Tour: Trollstigen Included

Your Norway motorcycle tour begins in Hirtshals: the ferry takes you across to Kristiansand, the starting point of your ride through Fjord Norway. From there, the route follows the coast via Stavanger and Eidfjord, before the Sognefjord opens up the first great fjord landscapes. Along the way, winding mountain passes such as the Sognefjell road accompany you, while this Scandinavia motorcycle tour offers easily manageable daily stages of 180 to 370 kilometers. You ride your own motorcycle, and accommodation with breakfast is organized for ten nights.

Highlights

Experience Trollstigen

The hairpin bends of Trollstigen count among the most impressive stages of your motorcycle tour: tight switchbacks wind through the mountain landscape, while waterfalls and viewpoints invite you to stop and take it all in.

Ride the Atlantic Road

On the Atlantic Road, your motorcycle tour crosses narrow bridges and small islands right by the open sea. Just a few kilometers long, this stretch offers one of the most spectacular views in all of Norway.

Geirangerfjord Viewpoint

The Geirangerfjord is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a highlight of any motorcycle tour through Fjord Norway. Steep cliffs, waterfalls and snow-capped peaks are mirrored in the calm waters of the fjord.

Freedom: Your Own Bike

This Norway motorcycle tour on your own bike is entirely self-guided: you set your own pace, choose your own breaks, and discover every stage of the route entirely in your own rhythm, without following a tour group.

Switchbacks and Passes

Winding switchbacks shape large parts of this route: from the Sognefjell road to the passes around Åndalsnes, tight hairpin bends alternate with sweeping views over high plateaus and mountain ranges.
