In the 1st part you and Tina have already made the terrain unsafe, talked about hurdles and the catastrophe TV in your head and learned how to put them down safely and without pressure. In the evening there was a broad grin and in between there were always happy eyes under the helmet.

Now it is time to further deepen and build on the knowledge and skills from part 1. Just like in the basic training, Tina will individually respond to your wishes and possible concerns. Various riding exercises and lots of tips and tricks will make for an eventful enduro day and take you and your riding skills further forward.

All right, girls, let's keep it moving and let's go.

Breakfast & getting to know each other: After the joint breakfast at 8.15 a.m. in our Coffee Corner, we will start the get-to-know-each-other round. Tina will ask you for the current status of the project to be able to respond to it accordingly: What have you experienced since part 1? Did you ride your bike much? Have you had anxiety situations? What did you manage to do well? What was not so good? Are there any exercises from the 1st training, which should be deepened in a special way?

Exercises on 2 feet: Also in part 2 you get off the bike from time to time to do one or the other exercise "dry" without the bike and get the right balance for certain situations.

Rental motorcycles: No own bike with studded tyres? Choose your desired motorcycle when booking. Especially for the girls we also have some lower and also lighter bikes to choose from. Alternatively a low seat can help "against" shorter legs.

Stations: The completed stations from the 1st training will be refreshed, but also extended and deepened, in order to "stay tuned" of course. The motto of the 2nd part is the program at Tina!

Riding pleasure: Again and again a broad grin on the face, the riding fun has not come too short! You have surpassed yourself, your set goals have been achieved! You learned a lot and had a lot of fun - a great day all in all!

Trip: At the end of the training you can look forward to another exciting 1-hour off-road trip through the Lüneburger Heide - where you can put what you have learned to use immediately.

> Can I also participate in the training without a riding licence?

A valid riding licence is required to participate in our training courses. Young people can participate in the training accompanied by a parent or guardian even without a riding licence (except for the exit).

> Do you have changing facilities?

Yes - we offer modern sanitary facilities: showers, changing rooms with own lockers. So you are welcome to come to us by car in "civilian" clothes and then move on site.

> Do you have deep benches or should I bring my own?

We have some deep benches in stock here (best to book in advance / ask if available). But you are welcome to bring your own from the identical model, then you know for sure that it fits and you don't have to worry about availability.

> I've never ridden off-road before. Can beginners also join in?

Of course! Our instructors are responsive to each participant. In the morning, they ask about their previous knowledge in the welcome round and the training day starts with the first off-road "dry runs" for demonstration purposes. You are then quickly in rhythm and learn quickly - step by step.

> Are there also advanced trainings?

Our training area is designed to cater for beginners as well as advanced skiers. The instructors respond to the participants accordingly, so that everyone is challenged and has fun.

> Can I participate in the training with a socio / partner?

No, at the Enduro trainings it is not possible to take part on a motorcycle in pairs.

> Do I have to pay for damage caused to the motorcycle myself?

No! All damages are covered by the training fee, except wilful damage.

> How are the vehicles insured?

Our provided motorcycles are all insured without any excess towards the participant, no additional fees will be charged.

When riding your own motorcycle (not a rental motorcycle):

In the case of rider safety training (not racetrack training!), the insurance you have for your motorcycle in road traffic will apply. It is best to check with your insurance company before the training.

> Is a single instruction possible?

All trainings are also possible as individual instruction. If there are 4 or more participants, it is also possible to arrange your own training dates by arrangement.

> Does the training take place in any weather?

In principle, the training is carried out in all weather conditions. Training only does not take place if the weather conditions on the training ground make training impossible - but this has never happened before. The conditions at our site are decisive! Participants who travel from further away should call us at home in case of adverse weather conditions and ask how things are going here.

> Do I have to pay attention to anything when I ride my own motorcycle?

Studded tyres are a prerequisite on your bike in order to participate in the Enduro Training. If the motorcycle is not approved, you are welcome to participate in our training on the Hammerstein Park grounds. However, you cannot take the exit, as we leave our private property here.

> What are your payment methods?

You can pay the participation fee by credit card, via paypal or by instant bank transfer.

> Can I bring friends / family as visitors?

I'd be glad to. We have set up a visitor platform with tables and seats in the Enduro area. You can stay there for the day. You have a great overview of a large area of the training area.
