Breakfast, if offered by the hotels (A frank word on the subject of breakfast in the USA: We would like to point out that breakfast as an included service in American or Canadian hotels is not a matter of course. There are all different varieties of breakfast. Some hotels offer coffee and some kind of roll, toast or a piece of cake, plus maybe some jam. If one is lucky, there is some fruit or dairy products. Some accommodations only offer coffee with a coffee maker in the room. Other hotels offer a varied breakfast. Many hotels decide in the middle of the season to launch this service, to abolish it or even to change it. There is generally everywhere a possibility to buy breakfast for little money. We write in the services "Partial breakfast", because we can not guarantee which hotel all of a sudden decides for it or against it.) |

This means that we will confirm your initial request (if available on the day of booking) and as an alternative a guarantee within the booked / requested category. |
Class mix in booking is not allowed. |
OPTIONAL MOTORCYCLE MODEL GUARANTEE: If the desired model is available, our partner will confirm the booking for the desired model, however, he reserves the right to offer an alternative model from the same category, if your desired model is not available. TOUR - INFO: This is a semi - guided tour. A semi-guided Tour is basically a guided tour that gives the tour participants free space. You ride either behind or in front of our experienced guide who sits in the escort vehicle and guides you, or you ride the tour according to your own ideas whereas your luggage is being transported for you. In case of emergency you will have a contact person on site. You decide yourself if you prefer the guided or the self - guided version. |
Your additional super - tour companion: the specially developed Travel - App (In the travel documents you will find both a road atlas and a travel guide of the region. It also has some tips and information about the place where you are. Works in all major iOs and Android phones. For copyright reasons, the password of the tour on the app will be deactivated by the manufacturer about 2 weeks after the end of the trip, but you will get even more material from us so you can keep your memories). |

Info about flights and airport transfers: |
Over time, the general travel behavior has changed. More individuality and flexibility is demanded. For us, this is not a problem, because we as a small company always have short decision-making processes and can adapt perfectly to the requirements. The airfare market has become so confusing and you have to be very careful what and when you book it. Cheap can be very expensive, for example, if you have to cancel or change the flight. For example, there are also direct flights from other airports than just Frankfurt, but on other days. For these reasons we have decided to take the flights and transfers out of the calculation for the Semi-Guided Tours. This gives you the following advantages: |
- You are flexible in choosing the airline |
- You are flexible in choosing your arrival and departure days |
- You are flexible in choosing your stops |
- You may be able to save money by doing this |
Flexibility and freedom are great. But they have a disadvantage, for example if the trip has to be cancelled because of few participants. Fortunately, this happens very rarely, but it can happen. What do you do now, if the booked cheap flights now have 100% cancellation costs and are also not rebookable? We have taken care of this and offer you the following solution: |
- We take into account all your wishes |
- You have NO costs in case we have to cancel the trip |
- We organize the airport transfers for you free of charge |
- |
An honest word among bikers: |
With the next lines we would like to prepare you in the best way for the adventure of your life. You are either about to book one of the most beautiful types of travel, or you have already done so. The biggest difference between our type of holiday and a general package tour is that you are actively involved. Riding a motorcycle is one of the best things in life. At least for us bikers. The focus of the trip is motorcycling through unique landscapes. We have designed the programs in such a way that both riding fun and experience are present in sufficient quantity. Team spirit and adaptation in the group are absolutely necessary just as you need to bring a certain basic fitness and experience so that we can reach the destination together happy and healthy. If you have any doubts about your health, fitness or experience levels, please contact us beforehand. We want to achieve the best holiday experience for you too. The daily stages are on average 250 - 400 kilometers long. That sounds a lot, but it can't be compared to the same route in Europe, considering that there are often 80 kilometers without passing through a town and a whole day without traffic lights during the program. There are also hardly any traffic jams. We are rarely in the saddle for more than five hours throughout the day. We reach our daily destination between 4 - 6 p.m., depending on the season. Depending on the weather and daily temperatures, it can happen that we have to leave a little earlier or reach our daily destination later. However, if we want to experience a picture book sunset with full intention, it will be a little later. |
- |
Insurance: |
We generally recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. |
- |
Terms of Payment: |
After you have sent the booking to us, you will receive your travel confirmation/invoice, the insurance certificate for package tours and all information regarding your tour. The deposit amounts to 20% of the tour price (+ possibly the travel insurance) and is due immediately. The balance of the invoice payment is due 30 days before the start of the tour. The final payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) will be debited automatically approx. 42 days before departure. Due to the insolvency application filed by Wirecard, payment by credit card is not possible until further notice. We are looking for legally compliant alternatives. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payments until then. Payments with American Express or Diners Club are not possible. |
The following payment options are at your disposal: 1. on account by bank transfer. 2. via a major credit card (only VISA or Mastercard). There is no transaction fee when using a VISA or Mastercard. Final payment 42 days before departure. |
- |
Upon request: |
1/2 double rooms can be booked upon request. If a 1/2 double room is already available, we will confirm t to you in your booking. If the 1/2 double room is not available at that very moment, then we will confirm a single room first. As soon as we have a booking for the second half of the room, we will immediately credit you the single room surcharge. |
If you would like to extend your stay or have other wishes, please contact us. |

After leaving the highway in the direction of Monterey, we pass Carmel (where Clint Eastwood was mayor) and arrive directly on the world-famous Highway #1. The approx. 85 miles around the Big Sur will force us to take several photo breaks - but we won't miss out on the fun of the curves either! In the late afternoon we reach our overnight destination. The well-known vacation town of San Simeon on the west coast. Tour length approx. 360 kilometers.
Day 4: Paso Robles - Bakersfield - Barstow, 440 km
Today's route takes us through California's beautiful wine region through Paso Robles, past forever almond orchards and oil drilling fields around Lost Hils and Wasco. Tour length approx. 440 kilometers.
Day 5: Amboy - Route 66 - Laughlin, 295 km

The day's destination is Laughlin, located directly on the Colorado River, which we will reach in the early afternoon. Tour length approx. 295 kilometers.
Day 6: Route 66 - Williams, 305 km
Also this day is completely dedicated to the old Route 66, which we will cruise to Williams. On the way we will pass through Oatman, Kingman, Peach Springs, Huckberry and Seligman. Day 7: Grand Canyon N.P. - Cameron - Page, 305 km
The day today is dedicated to "marveling" and discovering the world famous Grand Canyon. If you like, you can take a helicopter ride in the morning (optional). After our lunch break in Cameron we ride through the Painted Desert, where once Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda also drove, and our destination today is Page. Later in the afternoon, you will also have the optional opportunity to take an excursion with our Navajo guides through the legendary Antelope Canyon and marvel at this magical place up close. You will never forget these images of it. Overnight stay in Page. Tour length approx. 305 kilometers.

This day is free for you in Las Vegas. Here you have the opportunity to take a Big Bus city tour, to go shopping in one of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, to visit a show, a sightseeing flight or to "shoot" a few cartridges in the Gun Garage. We always have very nice tips ready for you.
