Welcome to the beating, cosmopolitan heart of central Colombia. Medellin is a bustling, modern metropolis which has fast gained a reputation as a “must-see” destination in Latin America.
Nestled in the Aburrá valley, the city is blessed with beautiful weather, known as the “city of eternal spring”.
It is the perfect base camp for setting out on a motorcycle adventure tour to nearby Guatape and Rio Claro, or heading further to Salento and the Nevado del Ruiz for some of the most spectacular scenery and riding on the continent.

DAY 1
Start: 9 am
Where: Medellin - Salgar
Riding hours: 5
Highlights Include:
- Ride through the breathtaking Sinifana Valley.
- Don’t look down! While crossing the Viaducto Bridge.
- Panoramic view of the incredible Cerro Tusa.
- Try a traditional bandeja paisa in Bolombolo.
- Awesome mountain twistys on the way up to Salgar.
- Overnight stay on a beautiful coffee farm.

Start: 9 am
Where: Salgar - Medellin
Riding hours: 5
Highlights Include:
- Breakfast & a pool swim high above the valley.
- Visit the Cauca Viejo on the Cauca river bank.
- Cross the Iglesias bridge back over the river.
- Lunch in the beautiful town square of Fredonia.
- A final taste of mountain twisties back to Medellin.
Finish: 5 pm
