Guided Motorcycle Tour Slovakia & High Tatras

The High Tatras motorcycle tour departs from Rasthof Seligweiler near Ulm Ost and takes you on a guided Slovakia motorcycle journey via Kempten, the Fernpass and Tyrol into the Zillertal. The Gerlosalpenstrasse leads on to Flachau in Salzburg province before the route heads through Styria and Burgenland to Bratislava on day two. As an on-road motorcycle tour through Central Europe, the trip combines well-surfaced Alpine passes with twisting back roads in Austria and Slovakia. A support vehicle carries your luggage so you can focus entirely on the bends, passes and Danube scenery.

Highlights

Fernpass and Zillertal

On the approach to the High Tatras motorcycle tour you cross the Fernpass and ride through the Zillertal to the Gerlosalpenstrasse. The on-road Alpine motorcycle tour offers twisting passes and views over Tyrol toward the Salzburg region.

Three Nights at the Tatras

In Tatranska Lomnica you stay for three nights at the foot of the High Tatras. Two day rides through the region's national parks depart from here, so you can explore the mountain world of the Slovakia motorcycle tour without carrying luggage.

Slovak Karst National Park

A day ride leads from the High through the Low Tatras to the Slovak Karst National Park and back to Tatranska Lomnica. Bare plateaus and dense forests alternate throughout this stage of the guided Slovakia motorcycle tour.

Lakes Mara and Orava

At Vodna nadrz Liptovska Mara and the Orava reservoir near the Polish border you take a break on the second day ride. Optionally the Bachledova treetop walk beckons before the National Park motorcycle tour returns to the hotel.

Bratislava City Tour

A rest day with a guided city tour of Bratislava provides a pleasant break during the Bratislava motorcycle journey. The afternoon is free for independent exploration before the route heads back through Lower Austria and Waldkirchen toward Ulm.
