Exclusive is inclusive! The Mediterranean climate in connection with fantastic motorcycle routes through extraordinary landscapes make this tour a special experience and guarantees pure riding fun.
The meeting point for the tour is in Bad Aibling, where we spend the first evening. He offers us the opportunity to get to know the other participants and our tour guide will make you curious about the upcoming days.
Today's tour leads us through South Tyrol and first passes in Mediterranean flair let us guess what will await us in the next few days. In Trentino we ride along numerous dream roads before arriving at our hotel in the late afternoon.
Our way leads through the landscape of Trentino, characterized by rugged mountains and forests, further south. On a fast way we ride through the Po plain to reach the Apennines at noon. Arrived in Tuscany we experience a flair that is hard to resist. The multitude of small passes and winding routes will inspire you.
Grippy asphalted roads with crisp curves lead us through the green Umbria. Along the scenery of Assisi we experience again and again fantastic views of medieval town centres. In the further course we ride through lonely mountain roads in the Marches and Abruzzo, both regions have been severely affected by several earthquakes in recent years.
Today's tour takes us through the heart of Abruzzo to the Gulf of Salerno. We ride through the spectacular Sagittario Gorge on a variety of winding roads with good grip asphalt and later have the opportunity to see wolves in the Abruzzo National Park. In the Campania region we reach our hotel in the late afternoon for the next two nights.
Today we have a day off. For those of us who prefer to ride a motorcycle, we offer a half-day tour along the unique Amalfi Coast. It is one of the most beautiful coasts in Italy, with its steep rocky coastline and small enchanting towns in its inlets. Along the "Costa Divina" we experience perhaps the most beautiful panoramic road in the world. A visit to Pompeii, the best preserved ancient ruined city, rounds off the day.
Today we approach the "boot top" of the Italian peninsula. The wooded mountains are dotted with small impressive villages whose silence and scents will make you forget the hustle and bustle of modern life and give you unique impressions. Beautiful mountain landscapes, azure blue water and delicious food fulfil all the desires that probably everyone associates with Italy.
Late at noon we reach the Strait of Messina, where we cross the Strait with the ferry. Arrived in Sicily, a hotel with a fantastic location awaits us, in front of us the sea and behind us the mountains in the hinterland. Etna attracts and the anticipation rises!
Today with its mix of winding side roads in the highlands and coastal roads will inspire you. After breakfast we start to Mount Etna, the most powerful volcano in Europe. The landscape will change greatly, in the beginning orange and lemon trees will be our companions, a short time later we will only experience sparse forests to reach the snow line with a black, matt shining desert at the end. Standing at 1900 m above sea level means experiencing an impressive view over parts of the east coast of Sicily. In the late afternoon we reach Agrigento, from where we have a wonderful panorama over the sea and the unique Valley of Temples.
The first target of the day will be the Valley of Temples. The remains of the temples and complexes are impressive witnesses of Greek architecture and today belong to the UNESCO world cultural heritage. From here we continue over small side roads to the north to the Madonie Mountains, Sicily's highest mountain range and affectionately called the "Sicilian Dolomites". On the curvy ride we experience the sleepy atmosphere of the original mountain villages and unforgettable views of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Aeolian Islands.
A last day in Sicily and the last kilometres on this island lead us through the hills of Palermo to Monte Erice. A narrow mountain road with numerous serpentines meanders along the steep abyss and is not for the faint hearted. Arrived at 751 m height we are rewarded by a panorama of the extra class.
We go directly to Palermo, where we will take the night ferry to Genoa. After the check-in in the late evening on the ferry it's time to "cast off". Now we have plenty of time to review the experiences of the last days together in a cosy maritime round.
We spend most of the day at sea before we reach Genoa in the evening and ride directly to our hotel.
After a hopefully quiet crossing we start in the direction of Lombardy and quickly reach the mountain landscape of the Ligurian Apennines. We continue to Emilia Romagna, where the mountains will eventually end and we will reach the Po plain. In the afternoon we reach our hotel near Lake Garda.
The last riding day lies ahead of us and we can look forward to an impressive mountain world with fantastic motorcycle routes on the southern edge of the Alps. Through Trentino and South Tyrol it goes back to Germany. Once again you have to ride over fantastic mountain passes, climb sporty climbs and climb a lot of meters through a wild landscape.
Today is goodbye. Exciting riding days lie behind us with endless experiences and impressions. No goodbye forever, the next adventure is already waiting for us!
On our tours we are basically only on the road with one group. Our travel groups are deliberately kept small and limited to 8 motorcycles. The minimum number of participants on this tour is 6.
