|On guided motorcycle tours with your own motorcycle, rider and pillion passenger from different countries of origin and with different motorcycles meet for a common journey. As different as the participants are, the motorcycles will mostly be different, which makes you expect a fun and interesting trip. As with all group activities, a certain amount of team spirit and individual adaptation to the group is necessary so that everyone can enjoy the trip and their motorcycle holiday.|

Medium difficulty, including motorway stages, city crossings and village roads with possible shortcomings, or generally roads of different quality levels, some with potholes, short sections without asphalt possible. A several hundred kilometre long Baltic Sea coast in the north, the alpine high mountains of the Tatra in the south, the legendary Krkonoše Mountains and the untouched Masurian Lake District are paradises for motorcyclists. Curves and hairpin bends in abundance and a well-developed road network guarantee lots of riding fun. And the cities also have a lot to offer. In the historic old towns of Krakow and Thorn you feel like you are transported back to the Middle Ages, Wroclaw and Gdansk are symbols of the country's eventful history. But unfortunately Poland does not have the best image. But as we know: travelling is fun and helps to break down prejudices. On our tour "South Poland: Giant Mountains & High Tatras" we already get to know a part of these sights and cities. And much more: Poland unites tradition and present in perfection. In addition, there is the proverbial hospitality that visitors are treated with at all stages of the tour. Poland is a country to fall in love with and never lets go once you have been here. Therefore, come with us and experience for yourself how lovable the mentality of the Poles is. Day 1: Vienna - Hirschberg / Jelenia Góra
At the agreed meeting point near Vienna die will start their journey. In order to make better progress we take the motorway deep into the Czech Republic und reaches Poland in the late afternoon.Overnight stay in the Hirschberg area for the nächsten 2 nights.
TIP for arrival 1: There is a hotel at the starting point of the journey bei Vienna. Day 2: Day trip "Around the Schneekoppe
The Krkonoše Mountains, where according to legend the mountain ghost Rübezahl is said to have done his mischief, are the highest part of the Sudeten mountain range with the Schneekoppe at 1,602 m peak height. Today will take you all around the Krkonoše Mountains, so also a bit into the Czech Republic. Before you return to the hotel, you will stop at the wooden stave church Wang, which was built in Norway in the 13th century and came here six centuries later as a gift from the German Emperor. It is considered to be the biggest tourist attraction in the Krkonoše Mountains. Second overnight stay in the Hirschberg area.
Day 3: Jelenia Góra - Wroclaw / Wrocław
You will leave Hirschberg and the Krkonoše Mountains to the east and cross the Landeshuter Kamm Landscape Park on your way to the heart of Silesia. In Wroclaw, your overnight stop for the night, you will already be expected by a local guide for the city tour. Wroclaw is the gröβte city in Lower Silesia and supposedly the most beautiful city in Poland. Its charm and atmosphere has been shaped by the culture of three nations. Trade and cultural life is flourishing on the market as it did a hundred years ago. Around the town hall there are many first-class restaurants with cosy beer gardens, in one of these nice restaurants you will enjoy your dinner.
Day 4: Wrocław - Cracow / Krakow
The journey continues through Silesia. With Czestochowa you will visit the spiritual centre of Poland. Millions of pilgrims from all over the world are drawn to the Pauline Monastery every year, where the Polish national shrine, the miraculous image of the Black Madonna, is kept. In the afternoon you will reach one of the world's most popular destinations for city walkers: Cracow. With a local guide you will take a walk through the city, which was the seat of the Polish kings and the capital of Poland until 1596. It is said that you cannot get to know the soul of the Polish without having visited Cracow. Overnight stay in Krakow.
Day 5: Wrocław - Zakopane
While riding along the small "Low Tatras", the Pieniński National Park with the up to 300 m deep gorge of the Dunajec River will delight you. In the early evening you reach Zakopane, the most famous winter sports resort in Poland, with a fantastic view of the mountains of the High Tatras. With a little luck you will see one of the free living sea eagles circling in the sky. During a leisurely stroll through the highest city in Poland you will feel the very special flair of Zakopane, with its many distinctive wooden houses. Overnight stay for the next two nights in the Zakopane area.
Day 6: Day trip "High Tatras
A comfortable day trip is on the program until you can enjoy the flair of Zakopane again in the evening. If you prefer to take a day off, you have a particularly good opportunity here, the pedestrian zone of Zakopane with its many shops will not let you get bored. Second overnight stay in the Zakopane area.
Day 7: Cracow - Bad Altheide/Polanica Zdroj
You leave the alpine mountain world and make your way back westwards to your stage destination in the Glatzer Bergland. For part of the way, you will ride on the motorway to avoid the densely populated areas south of the industrial city of Katowice. The region around the Glatzer Bergland is known for its health resorts with Italian flair. Polanica Zdroj, in German Bad Altheide, is one of these spas in classic style and will certainly appeal to you. Here you will spend the next two nights.
Day 8: Day trip to the Glatzer Bergland
On a winding day trip here in the German-Polish-Czech triangle you will enjoy one last day in Poland with impressive scenery.
Day 9: Polanica Zdroj - Vienna
