A van for luggage transportation will be available. Since it does not follow the tour group route, it will arrive at each day’s hotel approximately around 5 pm. There is limited space for tour participants to ride in the van on certain days, however, the van will not go the same route that the group does.
Here, we sometimes drive through areas where there is a risk of non-existent mobile phone networks, delayed medical care or remote technical assistance. The arrival of help may take longer.
Hygiene / health care system:
Here we pass through less developed countries with a health care system of a lower standard than the EU/US. Sanitary facilities do not have the same standard as you are used to, especially during the day of the trip they can be very simple.
Off - Road 2:
The unpaved sections of the route mostly run on good gravel and natural roads. However, individual, even longer sections can be difficult to drive through loose sand or gravel surfaces. Wetness may also cause slippery sections. The length of these routes vary from a few kilometres to whole day stages. You must be a skilled off-road driver.
The luggage of the participants will be transported from hotel to hotel.
Mobility: The offer is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us for more information.
Come and enjoy the jewels of South-East Asia in a way that only few other tourists can. Whether you are looking for beautiful temples, unique nature experiences, encounters with local people in remote areas or simply want to ride splendid motorcycle roads in a breath-taking scenery – this tour has it all!
We start in Bangkok before heading East to Cambodia. Once we crossed the border, another world will be waiting for you –you will ride through the dense jungle to the World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat, with its stunning temples. Further East we will meet one of the world‘s greatest rivers, the Mekong. Over the next few days, we will follow it to the North, meandering through Laos and back into Thailand. Your tour guide will lead you close to the Myanmar border on twisty roads through the unspoiled jungle.
You will see hidden temples and the Kong Lor caves. And when you think that it can't get any better, then we will hit the “Road with a 1,000 curves“, before reaching the end destination of our tour, Chiang Mai. What an experience!
