All models come mostly directly from HarleyDavidson®authorized rentals™ partners and are current model years in top condition.

Entry requirements:
German, Austrian and Swiss nationals require a valid machine-readable Europe passport to enter the USA/Canada. In addition, an ESTA electronic entry form must be completed at least 72 hours prior to entering the United States. You can find the link here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/ - Visa-free as part of the "Visa Waiver Program". (As of January 2009 – subject to change). As a non-German citizen, you may need a visa to enter the USA/Canada.

A frank word among bikers:
Depending on the tour we ride between 120 and 540 km per day in charming and beautiful landscape. The approximate daily number of kilometers can be found in the respective daily program. This may mean getting out early and arriving late on a few days. The motorcycle riding in a unique landscape is absolutely in the foreground, so a certain team spirit is in the first place is necessary here, as well as certain adaptation to the group. If you lean into it, you will surely experience the adventure of your life and have a lot of fun.

Road Side Towing Assistance (bookable with surcharge, please request) included: (1 ) Emergency Road Side Assistance. E.g. out of gas? Forgot to turn off the ignition, battery dead? No problem, the delivery is free of charge, only the costs for the gasoline or the battery have to be paid. (2) Emergency Towing Service. The bike breaks down with a self-inflicted (not covered by warranty) mechanical problem, e.g. diesel tanked, tire punctured, or accident? The bike will be picked up free of charge by a towing service and taken to the nearest garage or rental station that can take care of the problem.

We have prepared a well-planned tour for you, which includes a good number of motorcycle riding miles each day, but also takes in the sights along the way. The motorcycles for our guided tours come from reputable motorcycle rental companies.

Thus, we have an excellent selection of as-new models with low mileage, all of which are well prepared for you. As a further advantage, the whole tour is accompanied by a van. Here, the necessary luggage is stored during the tour and, depending on space availability, accompanying persons can also ride in the van.

For you, this means pure motorcycling!

Daily schedule:

Day 01 - Flight to Los Angeles

Flight with a well-known scheduled airline from your chosen departure point to Los Angeles (connection connections possible). Upon arrival in Los Angeles, the shuttle transfer takes place to a well-located mid-range hotel near the airport. The rest of the day is at your free disposal. Overnight in Los Angeles.

Day 02 - Los Angeles

Today you have the day at your leisure. In the morning you have the opportunity to participate in a city tour with a local guide (optional, advance reservation required). You will be picked up from the hotel by bus and start your city tour to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Downtown L.A. and Hollywood. The tour briefing will take place in the afternoon and you will be transferred to the rental station where we will pick up your bikes. Overnight stay in Los Angeles.

Day 03 - Palomar - Anza Borrego - Palm Springs 310 km

In the morning you will leave Los Angeles to start your tour through the golden state of California. You will follow Highway 1, which is also called "Panamericana" or "Dream Road of the World". Passing the luxury residential area of Palos Verdes you will reach Long Beach, the largest container port in the USA. On the winding Ortega Highway you will reach the famous biker hangout "Hells Kitchen", where you will also spend your lunch break. In the afternoon you will ride through the Palomar Mountains and the Anza Borrego Plateau. In the early evening you will reach the desert oasis Palm Springs. Overnight stay in the Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage area.

Day 04 - Box Canyon - Arizona - Prescott 450 km

Today's stage will be a bit longer, but due to the well maintained roads you will quickly reach your destination for the day. You will leave the Palm Springs area and follow the date tree, vegetable and fruit plantations to get through Box Canyon onto Interstate 10, which you will follow along the Josuah Tree Park. You will cross the Mojave Desert and reach Yarnell. The plateau there is a center of horse breeding in Arizona. Afterwards you will ride along a beautiful curvy road, which could easily be in the Alps, to your today's destination Prescott. This is one of the most famous western towns in the world. The Whiskey Row there is known all over the USA and of course you can visit it in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Prescott.

Day 05 - Sedona - Highway 89 - Williams 240 km

Early in the morning you will start along Highway 89 to the old mining town of Jerome before heading out to explore ancient Native American rock dwellings in Montezuma's Castle National Monument. The New Age town of Sedona, with a stop at Red Rock State Park, is also on your way to Flagstaff, where you'll first encounter Route 66. Lovers of alpine passes will certainly get their money's worth again today. From Flagstaff, after a short ride, you will reach Williams, your overnight destination for the next two nights. The motel is located almost directly on Route 66 and in the evening you will have the opportunity to visit a brewery followed by dinner.

Day 06 - Grand Canyon 360 km

In the morning you start your tour day from Williams to one of the seven wonders of the world. There you will have the opportunity to take an almost 1-hour helicopter flight over the breathtaking Grand Canyon. Then you will follow the scenic road along the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Here, interesting stops such as Duck Rock, Grand View, Lipan Point and Desert View with its Native American watchtower are along the way. Your late lunch stop will be at the old trading post at Cameron, in the middle of the Navajo Reservation. In the afternoon you will ride along the painted desert and visit Wutpatki & Sunset Crater National Monument. Overnight tonight in a simple lodge in the Page/Marble Canyon area.

Day 07: Seligman - Route 66 - Las Vegas (400 Km)

In the morning you leave Williams to follow Route 66 again. In the small town of Seligman you will visit "Angel Delgadillo", probably the most famous barber in the world, who is also considered the father of today's Route 66. We owe it to him that the Motherroad is on everyone's lips again. Afterwards you will stop at the General Store in Hackberry and the Route 66 Museum in Kingman. There you will also have lunch at Mr. Dz's Diner from the 50's. In the afternoon, Hoover Dam and the largest man-made reservoir in North America, Lake Mead, are on the agenda before you roll into the glittering city of Las Vegas. You will spend the next two nights in Sin City.

OUR TIP: If you like, you can end the day with a cozy dinner together and then be chauffeured like the movie stars on an optional stretch limousine tour along the Strip and into the Old Town of Las Vegas.

Day 08: Las Vegas

Today you have the day at your leisure in Las Vegas. Your guide will be happy to assist you with show tickets, helicopter rides and all other attractions. There are also several outlet malls for those who prefer a shopping trip. Overnight stay in Las Vegas.

Day 09: Death Valley National Park (480 - 540 Km)

Today you will ride to another highlight of your tour - Death Valley. After this stage of the day, you will be able to imagine very well where the name "Death Valley" comes from. Sand as far as the eye can see, no water and extreme temperatures are just a few examples. You will follow the valley, which is already in California again, and depending on the course of the tour and the opening of the passes in the Sierra Nevada Mountains*, you will reach your overnight accommodation in the Mammoth Lake or Ridgecrest* area in the early evening.

INFO: In case of extremely high temperatures, we reserve the right to change the route so it will go along the side valley of Death Valley due to the specifications of the motorcycle rental companies.

* If we stay in Ridgecrest overnight, we follow the southern route to get to Yosemite NP.

Day 10: Mono Lake - Yosemite National Park - Redwoods (310 Km)

Early in the morning you will start your motorcycle tour along the Sierra Nevada to visit Mono Lake with its tuff columns. Over the Tioga Pass (3031 m) you will reach the unique Yosemite National Park. This park is famous for its waterfalls and magnificent landscape. You will see various sights of the park and if you are interested you can take a 1 hour hike through the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. These are the unique American sequoia trees. Up to 27 men are needed to embrace the largest of them with their arms and a Harley or a car could easily ride through the holes punched in. Afterwards, you will ride to your overnight destination near Yosemite NP.

Day 11: Highway 49 - Knights Bridge - San Francisco (340 Km)

Today you will ride along the famous Highway 49, which was already famous as a transportation route during the Gold Rush of 1849. Over winding roads and through hilly landscapes you will reach the Stanislaus River. You will follow this river for a while through the seemingly endless almond, pecan and pistachio plantations. There you will also have the opportunity to visit one of the few old covered bridges that still exist in the USA. You will spend your lunch break in the original 50's Diner before you reach the impressive city of San Francisco on the Pacific coast in the afternoon. The next two days you will stay in San Francisco near Fisherman's Wharf.

Day 12: San Francisco - rest day

Today you have the whole day in San Francisco at your disposal. Just start a tour with your guide, on foot and with the Cable Car, which includes Union Square, Downtown, Chinatown, the Cable Car Museum and Fisherman's Wharf. At noon there is the possibility to take part in an optional boat trip across the San Francisco Bay. This takes you past Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge. After lunch, you can take a bus tour in a double-decker to the Golden Gate Bridge and other highlights, such as Golden Gate Park and Alamo Square. Overnight stay in San Francisco.

Day 13: Highway 1 - Monterey - Big Sur - San Simeon (365 Km)

You start in the morning with a last view of the Golden Gate Bridge to reach Monterey via Highway 1, Half Moon Bay and other famous coastal towns. This is the actual beginning of your trip on the famous Highway 1, which is part of the Panamericana and also the longest road in the world, which leads from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. Monterey was also made famous by the Steinbeck book "The Road of the Oil Cannery". You will ride on Sunset Drive, which is a part of the 17 Mile Drive, and you will pass beautiful viewpoints. You will reach the small town of Carmel, where Clint Eastwood was once mayor. In the afternoon, stops like the Bixby Bridge, Big Sur and Ragged Point are on the program. A visit to the elephant seal colony near Hearst Castle completes the day. You're staying in the San Simeon area tonight.

Day 14: Highway 1 - Pismo Beach - Solvang - Santa Barbara - Malibu (400 km)

The first stop this morning is Pismo Beach, well known to surfers, with its long sandy beaches and pier. The tour will now take you through the vast farmland of California. In the afternoon you will return to the coast and stop at the cliffs above the famous seaside resort of Santa Barbara, before passing Malibu Beach and heading towards Los Angeles. After arrival in the late afternoon you will drop off your motorcycles at our local rental partner and then be transfered to the hotel. In the evening you can review the tour during a last dinner together. Overnight in a hotel near Los Angeles Airport.

Day 15: Flight home to Europe

In the course of the day, the hotel shuttle will take you to the Los Angeles airport and you will fly home with a renowned scheduled airline (connecting flights possible) back to the starting point of your trip.

Day 16: Arrival in Europe

Arrival at your departure point in the morning. End of the trip.
