The starting point is Appenweier, where you'll pick up your own motorcycle or a rental (BMW, Honda, Ducati) and meet your guide and the group at the briefing. Your Black Forest motorcycle tour starts in Appenweier: you arrive individually, pick up your rental motorcycle if needed, and meet your guide and the group at the joint briefing. A relaxed start before ten days full of curves.

Day 2: Northern Black Forest – Valleys & Heights

Day 2: Northern Black Forest – Valleys & Heights

On this leg of the Germany motorcycle tour, the route runs via Kappelrodeck and the Baden Wine Road to Baden-Baden, then through the Murg Valley to Forbach, Kaltenbronn and Freudenstadt, on to the Kinzig Valley with Schiltach and Wolfach. Around 240 curvy kilometers.

Day 3: Allerheiligen – Black Forest High Road

Today's ride along the Black Forest High Road passes Allerheiligen Monastery with its waterfall, the legendary Mummelsee lake and the Schwarzenbach dam. A short walk to the Teufelsloch rock formation breaks up this roughly 240 km stage.

Via Waldkirch you tackle the Kandel from its northern side, before the ride to the Hexenloch takes you via St. Peter and St. Märgen into the picturesque Hexenloch near Dreistegen. In the evening, the Hex vom Dasenstein awaits in Kappelrodeck. (approx. 260 km)

Today is more relaxed: Durbach and Gengenbach, the Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum and the world's largest cuckoo clock are on the program for this leg to Titisee. After the waterfalls in Triberg, the panoramic road takes you to your second base hotel. (approx. 230 km)

Day 6 · Germany

Day 6: Danube Source – Breg & Aachtopf

This leg to the source of the Danube begins at the Brigach spring, continues to the Martinskapelle chapel and on to Donaueschingen. At the Aachtopf, Germany's largest spring, the seeped Danube water resurfaces. (approx. 300 km)

Day 7 · Germany

Day 7: The Eight Thousanders

Today you tackle the finest Black Forest summits: Belchen, Blauen, Feldberg, Herzogenhorn, Schauinsland, Silberberg, Stübenwasen and Toter Mann. This ride to the Feldberg offers dreamlike views curve after curve. (approx. 250 km)

Day 8 · Germany

Day 8: Hegau – Lake Constance & Rhine Falls

After the volcanic Hegau landscape, the ferry takes you from Meersburg to Konstanz, past the Gnadensee lake into the Swiss town of Stein am Rhein. This leg through the Hegau ends at the mighty Rhine Falls, before heading back to the base hotel. (approx. 270 km)

Day 9: Hotzenwald – Salpeterer Trails

This ride through the Hotzenwald leads through wildly romantic, gorge-like forest valleys with steep rock faces. On bare ridgelines, good weather rewards you with sweeping views across the High Rhine to the Swiss Alps. (approx. 270 km)

Day 10 · Germany

Day 10: Departure from St. Märgen

After around 2000 kilometers in the saddle, your Black Forest motorcycle tour ends in St. Märgen. Riders with rental motorcycles return their bikes together to the rental company before everyone begins their individual journey home.
