Breakfast, if it is offered by the hotels (A frank word on the subject of breakfast in the USA: We would like to point out that breakfast as an included service in American or Canadian hotels is not a matter of course. There are all different varieties of breakfast. Some hotels offer coffee and some kind of roll, toast or a piece of cake, plus maybe some jam. If one is lucky, there is some fruit or dairy products. Some accommodations only offer coffee with a coffee maker in the room. Other hotels offer a varied breakfast. Many hotels decide in the middle of the season to launch this service, to abolish it or even to change it. There is generally everywhere a possibility to buy breakfast for little money. We write in the services "Partial breakfast", because we can not guarantee which hotel all of a sudden decides for it or against it.)

Please note: Not all types are available at all motorcycle stations. As we are not the direct service provider for the motorcycles, we cannot guarantee for the "first motorcycle wish".
So that everything is clear in advance: Our partner requires the specification of a substitute desired machine mandatory at the time of booking and gives us a MOTORCYCLE CLASS GUARANTEE. This means that we will confirm your initial request (if available on the day of booking) and as an alternative a guarantee within the booked / requested category.
OPTIONAL MOTORCYCLE MODEL GUARANTEE: If the desired model is available, our partner will confirm the booking for the desired model, however, he reserves the right to offer an alternative model from the same category, if your desired model is not available. This can happen, for example, if the previous renter returned the motorcycle with damage. If choosing a specific model is very important to you, then this model will be guaranteed to you for an extra charge of 105 EUR per rental.

Description

You start in Vancouver and ride through the most beautiful areas of Western Canada. From Vancouver towards Alberta and through the famous Icefield Parkway, Mount Robson and Whistler back to Vancouver. Experience at least 12 unforgettable days in Canada.

Important for Corona related cancellations:

Your motorcycles deposits are non-refundable. They will be automatically converted to a personal voucher of the same amount based on your reservation, with a validity of 15 months. An extension is possible upon request.

Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Vancouver

Upon your arrival at the airport, you drive to the hotel on your own. Two nights in Vancouver.

Day 2: Vancouver

Vancouver is named after British Captain George Vancouver, who surveyed the region in the 18th century. The city is known for its love of winter sports; after Montreal and Calgary, it was the third Canadian city to host the Olympic Games in 2010. Vancouver also has a strong foothold in the film industry and is also billed among locals as the Hollywood of Canada. The climate is mild and much of the surrounding landscape is made up of temperate rainforest. In the early afternoon you will pick up your motorcycle.

Day 3: Vancouver - Pentincton (410 km)

The name is derived from the indigenous Okanagan language and means something like "a place to stay". And Penticton is indeed that! Nestled between two lakes in the Okanagan Valley, the town is a sprawling, sunny beauty. From here, there are good opportunities for further exploration into the valley, along the lakes, or into the mountains in the hinterland. Penticton itself invites to long walks in its city centre and offers good shopping and nightlife possibilities. Daily kilometres: approx. 410

Day 4: Pentincton - Mt. Revelstoke Natl. Park (280 km)

Revelstoke was an important landmark on Canada's first transcontinental railroad. This heritage can still be heard today as the train tuttingly enters the town, which is also otherwise lined with historic buildings. In addition to its historical significance, however, Revelstoke also has a lively arts and culture scene, good restaurants and an open, friendly ambience. It's worth spending time hiking or skiing in the majestic mountains of the adjacent national park. Daily kilometres: approx. 280

Day 5: Revelstocke - Banff (270 km)

Window shopping, art exhibitions and first class restaurants in the National Park? Banff makes it possible. The town is located in the national park of the same name, the oldest one in Canada. It is located in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, has an enchanting landscape and is home to many animals species such as moose, mountain goats, brown and black bears, lynx, wolves and coyotes. The town has evolved as a tourist destination, but has a unique character that continues to attract artists and writers. Daily kilometres: approx. 270

Day 6: Banff

Free day in Banff

Day 7: Banff - Icefield Parkway - Jasper (290 km)

When touring Western Canada, Jasper National Park should not to missed out. Picturesque, majestic mountain peaks, nearby glaciers, reflecting lakes and dense fir forests characterize the landscape. It is not for nothing that this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which attracts numerous tourists to its arms, but still much less than Banff. Compared to its sister town, Jasper is much more down-to-earth and focuses fully on the breathtaking scenery that surrounds it. Daily kilometres: approx. 290

Day 8: Jasper

Free day in Jasper

Day 9: Jasper - Sun Peaks (450 km)

Sun Peaks is located in the mountains, about fifty kilometers northeast of Kamloops, and has evolved from a winter sports resort. It enjoys great popularity: in winter sports enthusiasts come to try the more than 130 slopes on snowboards or skis. In summer a visit is particularly worthwhile for mountain bikers, who can take the lifts to over twenty worthwhile trails. Daily kilometres: approx. 450

Day 10: Sun Peaks - Whistler (360 km)

The town was named after the noisy marmots that populate the region. Whistler is a well-known and popular ski resort, set against the impressive backdrop of the Coast Mountains. Meanwhile, more and more tourists are finding their way to the small town in the summer as well, lured by the scenic hikes and adrenaline pumping sports activities that can also be done during other seasons. In Whistler itself, you'll find all the amenities you need to make your vacation perfect. Daily kilometres: approx. 360

Day 11: Whistler - Vancouver (120 km)

Vancouver is named after British Captain George Vancouver, who surveyed the region in the 18th century. The city is known for its love of winter sports; after Montreal and Calgary, it was the third Canadian city to host the Olympic Games in 2010. Vancouver also has a strong foothold in the film industry and is also billed among locals as the Hollywood of Canada. The climate is mild and much of the surrounding landscape is made up of temperate rainforest. Motorcycle return. Overnight stay in Vancouver. Daily kilometres: approx. 120

Day 12: Return flight or extension
