Description
Between the Alps in the north and the Po Valley in the south, the most beautiful motorcycle areas of this region awaited you. 7 days of pure riding fun, unique views, roads made for us bikers and last but not least the Mediterranean cuisine known far beyond the borders. A mix that is hard to beat in the immediate region to Germany. Your trained tour guide will offer you an unforgettable motorcycle vacation.
We start and end our guided motorcycle tour in Kiefersfelden, the tranquil little town is located directly on the Austrian border.
And now it can begin, our 7-day guided motorcycle tour on the most beautiful roads of the Eastern Alps. From Upper Bavaria we start south, cross the main ridge of the Alps and "dive" into Trentino, Western Lombardy and Veneto. Our hotel (tour center) is located north of Lake Levico and offers us the best conditions for our day tours.
From here we start our 3 day stages to the most beautiful "spots" of this region. Of course, the Lago di Garda, Basso della Brocola, Passo d'Ampola and Monte Grappa, to name just a few highlights of this tour. After these eventful bike trips, our family-run hotel awaits you, spoiling us with the best Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

Day 2 - From Upper Bavaria almost into the heart of Veneto
After the daily detailed tour briefing we start south. Passing Kitzbuehel, the winding route to the ramp of the Felbertauern Tunnel offers us a first taste of the days ahead. Arriving on the south side of the Alps, pleasant climate awaits us, "cracking" the 2,000 m altitude mark and reaching the Staller Sattel.
The winding descent with one-way regulation leads us further on past the Drei Zinnen Nature Park with its unique nature. Finally, we follow the natural course of the Rienz and Eisack rivers until just before South Tyrol's provincial capital. After this section of the route, mountain roads with curves and hairpin bends, as we bikers love them, now awaited us again. Finally, we arrive at our tour hotel near the village of Loeweneck in the late afternoon. The family-run hotel is the starting point of our tours for the next few days.
Overnight stay: Tour center area Loeweneck (Veneto)
Daily mileage: approx. 340 km

Day 3 - Day trip to the west side of Lago di Garda
Today's ride takes us to the "Alto Garda Bresciano" nature park, nestled on the west side of Lake Garda. Our roadbook takes us past Trento in a southwesterly direction to Riva del Garda, on the northern side of Lake Garda. The region was already very popular with the Romans and is home to a multitude of castles and fortifications that blend uniquely into the landscape. But let's continue, away from tourism we ride into the hinterland and the Passo d'Ampola leads us to Lago d'Idro.
We enjoy the great distant views along the lake to the fullest and the unique road through the low mountain landscape brings us back towards Lake Garda. In a nutshell: beautiful and breathtaking. (The road builders of yesteryear already knew what we bikers love). Now we sniff "lake air" and cruise along the Lago di Garda - pure vacation feeling accompanies us to the next highlight, the Brasa Gorge - unique this natural spectacle. We leave the lake region and continue our "curve waltz" again and end today's riding day with a last "curve firework" before we arrive at our tour hotel.
Overnight stay: Tour center area Löweneck (Veneto)
Daily mileage: approx. 280 km

Day 4 - Day tour - almost into the heart of Veneto
We enjoy the ample breakfast and start right at the beginning of our round trip - just as we ended yesterday - with a dorado of curves. On our way south we cross the valley of the Brenta, where also the health resort Levico Terme is located. And how could it be otherwise, unique pass roads and photo points are again on our "agenda". It follows the Passo Coe with its good 1,600 meters altitude, which is considered an insider tip among bikers. Worth mentioning: The pass was also a stage of the Giro d'Italia.
Now another scenic, but also biking "Schmakerl" awaits us - 19 hairpin bends on the south ramp - connoisseurs know immediately, it is the Passo della Borcola. Over the Passo del Sommo, which is also characterized by a beautiful road layout, today's round trip closes and we return to our tour hotel. The day in a nutshell: "mega-spectacular".
Overnight stay: Tour center area Loeweneck (Veneto).
Daily mileage: approx. 240 km

Day 5 - Monte Grappa and breathtaking distant views
And off we go, the Passo di Vezzena and the Lavarone plateau await us for a warm-up. Ahead of us lies a succession of wide plateaus, woods, elevations and pastures, a riding pleasure that appeals to all the senses. And now we are once again in the middle of it all - meaning the Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi. Through hidden valleys and over mountain ridges more than 1,500 meters high with 360-degree views, Monte Grappa awaits us in the distance. At nearly 1,800 meters above sea level, it offers us a magnificent view of the northern Italian lowlands. Extensive memorials and an ossuary remind us that a hard-fought front line ran here during the First World War. After this short excursion into history, we continue our journey.
Change of scenery: next to the narrow, winding roads rise the imposing rock faces of the Passo di Croce d' Aune, which show us the way to the Strada del Morello. The mountain road shines with its fantastic hairpin curves and almost unsurpassable scenery. Almost obligatory is an original Italian cappuccino, which rounds off this wonderful day of riding.
Overnight stay: Tour center area Löweneck (Veneto)
Daily distance: approx. 270 km

Day 6 - With curve waltzes back to Upper Bavaria
Also today our travel tour guide asks you again to the common curve waltz. We leave the biker region that has become dear to us on narrow winding roads to the north. Charming stretches of road take us past Trento. Once we have left the Alpine town behind us, the rugged mountain region changes its appearance and we have arrived at the wine route. Fertile vineyards accompany us along the wine road and we change at Lago di Caldaro, better known as Kalterer See, into the lowlands of South Tyrol.
The Sarntal valley, known for its impressive mountain scenery, offers us a foretaste of the high alpine Penser Joch ahead. After enjoying the distant views at over 2,200 meters, we cross the alpine ridge on the "old Brenner road". Arriving on the north side, it is not far to our starting hotel.
Overnight stay: Kiefersfelden area (Upper Bavaria)
Daily mileage: approx. 290 km
Day 7 - Farewell and individual journey home
Once again we have breakfast together, then it's time to say goodbye. On the individual journey home we will be accompanied by our memories of the past tour to the motorcycle region of Northern Italy.
