Breakfast (for the most part) - mix of continental and American (A frank word about breakfast in the USA: We would like to point out that breakfast as an included service in American or Canadian hotels is not a matter of course. There are different varieties of breakfast. Some hotels offer coffee and some kind of rolls, toast or a piece of cake, plus maybe some jam. If one is lucky, there is some fruit or dairy products. Some accommodations only offer coffee with a coffee maker in the room. Other hotels offer a varied breakfast. Many hotels decide in the middle of the season to launch this service, to abolish it or even to change it. There is generally everywhere a possibility to buy breakfast for little money. We write in the services "Partial breakfast", because we can not guarantee which hotel all of a sudden decides for it or against it). |

So that everything is clear in advance: Our partner requires the specification of a substitute desired machine mandatory at the time of booking and gives us a MOTORCYCLE CLASS GUARANTEE. This means that we will confirm your initial request (if available on the day of booking) and as an alternative a guarantee within the booked / requested category. |
Class mix in booking is not allowed. |
OPTIONAL MOTORCYCLE MODEL GUARANTEE: If the desired model is available, our partner will confirm the booking for the desired model, however, he reserves the right to offer an alternative model from the same category, if your desired model is not available. An honest word among bikers: |
With the next lines we would like to prepare you in the best way for the adventure of your life. You are either about to book one of the most beautiful types of travel, or you have already done so. The biggest difference between our type of holiday and a general package tour is that you are actively involved. Riding a motorcycle is one of the best things in life. At least for us bikers. The focus of the trip is motorcycling through unique landscapes. We have designed the programs in such a way that both riding fun and experience are present in sufficient quantity. Team spirit and adaptation in the group are absolutely necessary just as you need to bring a certain basic fitness and experience so that we can reach the destination together happy and healthy. If you have any doubts about your health, fitness or experience levels, please contact us beforehand. We want to achieve the best holiday experience for you too. The daily stages are on average 250 - 400 kilometers long. That sounds a lot, but it can't be compared to the same route in Europe, considering that there are often 80 kilometers without passing through a town and a whole day without traffic lights during the program. There are also hardly any traffic jams. We are rarely in the saddle for more than five hours throughout the day. We reach our daily destination between 4 - 6 p.m., depending on the season. Depending on the weather and daily temperatures, it can happen that we have to leave a little earlier or reach our daily destination later. However, if we want to experience a picture book sunset with full intention, it will be a little later. |
- |
Insurance: |
We generally recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. |
- |
Upon request: |
1/2 double rooms can be booked upon request. If a 1/2 double room is already available, we will confirm t to you in your booking. If the 1/2 double room is not available at that very moment, then we will confirm a single room first. As soon as we have a booking for the second half of the room, we will immediately credit you the single room surcharge. |

Description
The Daytona Bike Week in the Sunshine state Florida, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Orlando, Ft. Myers, the Everglades, the Keys with Key West, and Miami are the highlights here.
Tour itinerary:
Day 01: Flight to Orlando
Flight with a renowned airline from your chosen departure point to Orlando (transfer possible). Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide at the airport and transferred to a centrally located mid-range hotel. Depending on your arrival time, the first meeting and tour briefing will take place in the evening, otherwise the next morning. Overnight stay in Orlando.
Day 02: Citrus country - Edison Museum - Fort Myers (320 km)
After breakfast, the luggage is loaded into the support vehicle and the transfer to the rental station takes place. Unnecessary luggage can be deposited at the hotel or the rental station. After the formalities and a short briefing you take over your motorcycles and start your Harley® tour through the Sunshine State of Florida. You will ride through seemingly endless citrus plantations, past Sebring, to the Gulf Coast. In the afternoon you will reach the west coast of Florida and the Ft. Myers area. After a short photo stop at the Thomas A. Edison House, you will reach your hotel. Overnight stay in the Ft. Myers/Bonita Springs area.
Day 03: Everglades - Alligators - Florida Keys (320 km)
Today you will ride past Ft. Myers Beach and over Estero Island before you cross the alligator country and the Everglades on Highway 41, the Tamiami Trail. You will surely see quite a few of these impressive animals along the way. You also have the option of taking an optional propeller boat tour through the land of floating grass. The tour continues through the vegetable and fruit garden of Florida to your overnight stay at the Gateway to the Keys or on the Upper Keys. With a bit of luck, you will experience the first beautiful sunset, for which this region is well known. After dinner, there is still the possibility to have fun in one or the other bar. Overnight in the Florida Keys or Gateway to the Keys.
Day 04: Key West - 7-mile bridge (220 km)
After breakfast, you'll tackle the rest of the 42 bridges across the Keys (small islands). Your destination for today is Key West. In this way, you have really arrived in the Caribbean. On Little Deer Key, you might be lucky enough to see an endemic and very small population of deer. In Key West, we will stop at the beach and you will have the whole afternoon to explore this small and historic town with its many sights. Overnight stay in Key West.
OUR TIP: The Conch Train runs all over the island and stops at all the sights, such as the 90 Mile Marker, the Hemingway House, Duval Street, and many more.
OUR EVENING TIP: In the evening, we recommend taking a sunset cruise on a large sailing catamaran for about 2 hours (beer, wine, and champagne included). The tour takes place on the calm seaside, so even the not-so-sea-fast will have their fun. Afterward, we recommend a pub crawl on Duval Street to visit the bar "Sloopy Joe's", Hogs Breath, or Captain Tony's Saloon, which was already visited by Hemingway.
Day 05: Atlantic Ocean - Gulf of Mexico - Miami Beach - Sandy Beaches (320 km)
In the morning you will ride back over the Keys on Highway 1, where you will have a lunch stop at a Tiki bar, which is famous for the Keys. The next destination is Miami Beach. You ride along downtown Miami, see the Bayside and cross the Bay Bridge, with the best view of the gigantic cruise port. Here you can explore the Art Deco District and Ocean Drive on foot. Continue along the A1A coastal highway to your final destination, the Venice of America, the exclusive resort town of Ft. Lauderdale. Overnight in a hotel near the beach in the Fort Lauderdale/Deerfield Beach area.
Day 06: Fort Lauderdale - Shopping and rest day
The day is at your free disposal. Overnight stay in the Fort Lauderdale/Deerfield Beach area.
OUR TIP: We offer an optional shopping tour this morning to one of the largest factory outlet malls in the US (over 400 stores) and a visit to the local Harley-Davidson® store.
OUR EVENING TIP: A sunset dinner cruise on an elegant yacht through the canals and harbor of Fort Lauderdale.
Day 07: Palm Beach - Atlantic Coast Road - Cocoa Beach (320 km)
After breakfast, you continue your tour along the coastal road A1A and US 1 towards the north. You will pass the millionaire's mansion districts of Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. You continue along the amazingly wild coast to Jupiter and further to Port Salerno, where you spend your lunch break in a nice restaurant directly at the water. With a little luck, you will see Manatees, the Florida Manatees. In the afternoon you continue along the coast road and reach the Melbourne/Cocoa Beach area, where you also spend the night.
Day 08: Cape Canaveral - Daytona (160 km)
In the morning you leave the Cocoa Beach area and ride to Cape Canaveral. There you have the opportunity to join an optional tour of the Kennedy Space Center (booking required in advance). You'll arrive in Daytona Beach in the late afternoon - your hotel for the next three nights, is close to the famous Main Street. The Boot Hill Saloon, the Bank, or Froggies are the hip bars for evening fun. You'll also visit the world-famous Harley-Davidson® store near Main Street and have plenty of time to buy your first Biketoberfest® T-shirt. Overnight stay in Daytona Beach.
Day 09: St. Augustine - St. John's River (260 km)
In the morning, you'll leave Daytona Beach for a day ride to St. Augustine along scenic coastal highway A1A. This is, with its 500 years, the oldest town in the USA and is also called the Rothenburg of North America. After a short orientation tour, you will have a look at the old town on foot. Along Highways 16/13 you follow the St. John's River. Old oak avenues overgrown with Spanish moss will transport you to the deepest Southern states. In the afternoon, you'll visit Destination Daytona, the world's largest Harley® shop and event facility. The ride home takes place on Highway US 1, where you'll find some of the most famous biker bars, like the Iron Horse. Overnight stay in Daytona Beach.
Day 10: Daytona Beach Bike Week - free day
This day is free for your own explorations. Visit Bike Week again or relax at the beach. Many vendors and attractions are on the agenda, such as the Daytona 500 race track, where the most famous car race in the world is held. Main Street, with the already famous Harley-Davidson® store and plenty of other attractions, is worth another stop. Of course, you have enough time to have a look around. Overnight stay in Daytona Beach.
Day 11: Orlando (160 km)
Today you will leave Daytona Beach in the morning and surely take a lot of nice Bike Week impressions with you. On a mix of country roads and interstate, you will ride back towards Orlando. You will arrive in Orlando in the morning and drop off your bikes at the local rental station. The rest of the day is at your disposal. Use the time to do the last errands for the ones who stayed at home. In the afternoon we offer a shuttle to the Orlando Harley-Davidson® event area. In the evening you can have dinner together with the other participants. Overnight stay in Orlando.
Day 12: Return flight to Europe
