A tour that is not exactly obvious at first glance. On the one hand, we will experience the Black Forest intensively and get to know Lake Constance, also affectionately known as the Swabian Sea, in Black Forest and Sea.

Description
Furthermore, the sources of the Danube and its seepage and also the mighty Rhine Falls will be among our destinations. Of course, we will also explore the winding roads, which are just waiting to be discovered and come over wine roads and winding forest roads on clear heights with wonderful views and distant views. So of course we will stop every now and then to let our eyes feast or to let our photographers' hearts beat faster.
At the end of the tour probably only the strained seat meat prevents that withdrawal symptoms occur.
Tour description:
Day 1: Individual arrival in Appenweier.
If required, pick up of the rental motorcycle, getting to know each other and briefing
Day 2: Around the northern Black Forest (valleys, wine and heights)
Via Kappelrodeck and Sasbachwalden we ride on the Baden Wine Road to Baden-Baden, then via Gernsbach to the Rote Lache and back into the Murg Valley to Forbach, Kaltenbronn, Baiersbronn and Freudenstadt are further stops before we reach the Kinzig Valley with the beautiful towns of Schiltach and Wolfach. Via the Schönberg we ride to Lahr and back on the Wine Road. (... approx. 240km)
Day 3: Via Allerheiligen to the Teufelsmühle
Through the Rench and Lierbach valleys we come to Allerheiligen with the monastery ruins and the waterfall before we enjoy the swing and the view again and again on the Black Forest High Road. The legendary Mummelsee is worth a photo stop, as is the Schwarzenbachtalsperre. On the way to the Teufelsmühle we can also stretch our feet on the short footpath to the Teufelsloch, an interesting rock formation. Passing the Nagoldstausee we reach Freudenstadt and Bad Rippoldsau to return to our accommodation via the Schwarzwaldhochstraße. (... approx. 240km)
Day 4: Through the Hexenloch to the Hex vom Dasenstein
Today we cross the northern and southern Black Forest. Over the Löcherberg, Strittberg and Gscheid we reach Waldkirch, from where we take a highlight, the Kandel from the north side under our wheels. With a dream route it goes straight on, over St. Peter and St. Märgen, with again and again marvellous views, into the Hexenloch, to Dreistegen. Furtwangen, Prechtal and Wolftal are further stages before we wish the Hex vom Dasenstein a good evening in Kappelrodeck. (... approx. 260km)
Day 5: On the trail of the cuckoo clock
On today's tour we take it a bit easier and want to see what makes the Black Forest so famous and popular. Sightseeing is on the agenda today. Through such famous wine villages as Durbach and Zell-Weierbach we arrive in Gengenbach, known for its closed medieval townscape. At the beginning of the Gutach valley we visit another widely known highlight, the open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof. Soon we stop at the world's largest working cuckoo clock and look around at what makes the eyes of the American and Asian guests light up: thousands of cuckoo clocks in various sizes and designs. After a short walk to the waterfalls in Triberg, we visit the largest clock museum in Furtwangen to learn more about the history of the cuckoo clock. The B500, the panorama road, brings us to Titisee and Schluchsee, from where we head for our 2nd base hotel. (... approx. 230km)
Day 6: To the sources of the Danube
Starting at the source of the Brigach we continue to the Martinskapelle, where a little below the European watershed the Breg, the 2nd source river of the Danube, rises. Through the Bregtal we reach Donaueschingen, where we have a look into the source of the Danube, the 3rd source of the Danube. Along the river we come to the Danube seepage, where in dry summers the Danube dries up almost completely. Not far away follows the Danube breakthrough with its towering limestone walls. On the way back we visit the largest spring in Germany, the Aachtopf, where the seeped Danube water comes to the surface again. (... approx. 300km)
Day 7: The 8 Thousanders
You won't believe it, 8 thousands in the Black Forest, there are many more. But today we take the most beautiful 8 thousands, or better said, the ones with the most beautiful curves under the wheels! To memorize, learn by heart or just let them melt in your mouth, here they are:
.
-Belchen 1414m (the most beautiful)
-Blauen 1165m (the westernmost)
-Feldberg 1493m (the highest)
-Herzogenhorn 1265m
-Schauinsland 1284m (with the dreamlike view)
-Silberberg 1358m
-Stübenwasen 1386m
-Toter Mann 1321m (the most remote)
.
To the tour description: curves, curves, view, curves, enjoy, wow! (... approx. 250km)
Day 8: Hegau, Lake Constance and Rhine Falls
After the volcanic landscape of the Hegau we will visit the Swabian Sea, take the ferry from Meersburg to Konstanz, ride along the Gnadensee and Untersee to the picturesque Swiss town of Stein am Rhein. We continue to the imposing Rhine Falls, which invite you to stop. After the grandiose spectacle of nature, we head back to our base hotel. (... approx. 270km)
Day 9: To the saltpetres in the Hotzenwald
The valleys here in and around the Hotzenwald are wildly romantic, deeply indented, gorge-like forest valleys with steep rock faces and the narrow little roads squeeze along winding between stream and rock face. On the bare ridges you have a wonderful view over the Hochrhein to the Swiss Alps in good weather. (... approx. 270km)
Day 10: Departure day
After about 2000km in the saddle and many impressions (not only in the saddle) richer, it is time to say goodbye and everyone starts his individual journey home. The riders with rented motorcycles ride back to the landlord together.
.
But Psst, more will not be revealed, so just take a look!
