Motorcycle rental: Motorcycles are included in the price. The motorcycles used on this tour are KTM 450/350/250 or similar. |
Arrival and departure: Guests should book a flight to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto. |
Riding skills: whether beginner or professional - here everyone will find their fun. Due to the small, partly private groups, each rider can be challenged and encouraged as much as they wish. |
Security deposit: The value of deposit for the bike is 2000€ to be returned to the customer in the end of the tour. |
Deductible in the event of damage: The motorcycles can withstand quite a bit. If something breaks, the repair will be deducted from the deposit. Accommodation: 7 nights / 4 night accommodation at a Farm on a full board basis. |

Program:
Day 1: Arrival in Porto; Transfer from the airport to Quinta da Pousadela
Day 2: Porto – Amarante – Gouveia (180 km onroad)
Crossing the Douro River to Serra de Montemuro and the beautiful granitic landscapes of access to the highest mountain in Portugal
Day 3: Gouveia – Belmonte (160 km onroad)
Full crossing of Serra da Estrela from north to south, with its peaks, rivers and mountain villages, finally reaching the historic village of Belmonte.
Day 4: Belmonte – Figueira (160 km onroad)
Departure from Belmonte with a stop at the historic villages of Sortelha, in Vila do Sabugal, passing through the Almeida fort square and arriving at Castelo Rodrigo
Day 5: Figueira – Bragança (200 km onroad)
The longest stage, going down from Figueira to Barca D’Alva, passing through Freixo and Torre de Moncorvo, the Vilariça Valley, Serra de Bornes, the Azibo Dam and finally the plateau to Bragança
Day 6: Bragança – Montalegre (160 km onroad)
Crossing the Terra Fria Transmontana via the Castanha Route. Secular chestnut trees, rivers and valleys, Serra do Montesinhoe and the arrival at Montalegre at the foot of Serra do Larouco with another imposing castle at 1000 m altitude
Day 7: Montalegre – Amarante (125 km onroad)
The Serra do Barroso, Alvão and Marão as a backdrop for this last stage of this great adventure
