Base Val di Sole, 3,100 km, seven nights

The meeting point is the car park at Motel Füssen in the Allgäu, and from there the first stage runs over the Hahntennjoch and Reschen Pass through the Vinschgau valley to Mezzana. The group stays seven nights at the same 4-star hotel; each morning a new loop sets out through Trentino, South Tyrol and around Lake Garda, and each evening half-board, an indoor pool and a wellness area wait. Daily stages run 240 to 380 kilometres and ask for a confident pace through the bends.

Highlights

Riding in South Tyrol

Through apple orchards the way climbs to the Gampen Pass, past Bolzano to the Dolomite high road and on to the Mendel Pass. Scenery and road character change from valley to valley without ever leaving the base hotel.

The Stelvio Pass

No programme is complete without the Stelvio: at 2,757 metres you count every switchback before returning via Tonale and Gavia to Mezzana. A day that the more experienced riders in the group particularly enjoy.

Hairpins at Lake Garda

Around Monte Baldo high roads link the view over the lake with the descent to Brenzone. Between Malcesine and Sarche, tight hairpins alternate with open, long-drawn sweeping curves above the water.

Base Hotel in Val di Sole

Seven nights at the 4-star Hotel Ravelli: half-board, an indoor pool and a wellness area take care of the recovery, while the machines sit safely in the hotel garage and the luggage stays in the room.

Pass-Rich Mountain Roads

The Tremalzo Pass, Lago d'Idro and Lago di Ledro line up one after another in a single day. The stages can be adjusted to the group's condition without ever having to change the base hotel.
